JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible to explore markets needs and demands by research, developing design for fulfillments and coordinating with production department for produce.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION :
Male/Female, max 30 years old
S-1 Industrial Engineering or Management Industry
At least 3 years in experience in manufacturing
Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative
Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work under pressure
Highly result-oriented
Proficient in Indonesia and English languages in written, preferable Mandarin
To be stationed in Surabaya and to be relocated to other cities if required
